Same-City Delivery

For customers located within the same city as our fulfillment location, we aim to deliver eligible orders on the same day.

Same-day delivery may depend on:

  • Order placement time
  • Product availability
  • Delivery address
  • Courier availability
  • Traffic and local conditions

Orders placed later in the day may be delivered on the next available delivery schedule.

Other City Delivery

For deliveries to other cities, we offer Express Delivery and aim to deliver orders within approximately 42 hours after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, our team will prepare it for dispatch.

You may receive an order confirmation and, where available, shipping or tracking information once your order has been handed over to the courier.

Delivery Estimates

Our standard delivery targets are:

Same City: Same-day delivery where eligible
Other Cities: Approximately 42-hour Express Delivery

These are estimated delivery targets rather than guaranteed delivery times. Unexpected courier delays or circumstances beyond WildPew’s reasonable control may occasionally affect delivery.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:

  • Full name
  • Complete delivery address
  • Phone number
  • City and postal information where required

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a courier is unable to complete delivery, they may attempt to contact you or arrange another delivery attempt.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be shipped again because of an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or circumstances caused by the recipient.

Damaged Packages

Please check your package when it arrives.

If your WildPew order arrives damaged, opened, incorrect, or with compromised packaging, please contact our support team as soon as possible and provide your order number and clear photographs of the package.

Eligible cases will be handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
